Terms of use

Last updated October 16, 2026

In short

This website describes our work and how to reach us. Nothing on it is advice for your company. Every engagement starts with its own written agreement, and that agreement, not this page, governs our work together.

Who we are

This website is run by Keel Partners LLC (“Keel”, “we”, “us”), a strategy consulting firm at 100 Federal Street, 19th floor, Boston, MA 02110. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes our services, our team and some of our past work, and lets you contact us. It’s for business readers. You shouldn’t use it if you’re under 18.

No advice

Case studies, essays and everything else on this site describe past work and general views. They are not advice for your company, and they aren’t a substitute for advice from someone who knows your situation. Results described in case studies are reported, with their timeframe and context. They are not a promise of what we’d achieve for you.

Engagements are separate

Sending us a message or booking a first call doesn’t create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Every engagement starts with a written agreement that sets out its scope, team, fee and terms. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Confidentiality

We treat anything you share through the contact form or by email as confidential, even before an engagement starts. If you’d like a mutual NDA before sharing anything sensitive, ask, and we’ll sign yours.

Our content

The text, images, design and logos on this site belong to Keel Partners or the people who licensed them to us. You can quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please ask before reusing anything else, including our essays in full.

Client names and logos

Client names, logos and case studies appear on this site only with each client’s written permission. They don’t imply that the client endorses anything beyond the work described.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
