What we collect
When you fill in the contact form: your name, work email, company, and what you write about the decision you’re facing.
When you email or call us: whatever you choose to send or tell us.
When you become a client: the contact details of the people we work with, billing details, and the information you share for the engagement. That information is also covered by our engagement agreement and any NDA.
When you visit the site: basic, privacy-friendly analytics such as pages viewed, the referring site, approximate country and device type. These don’t identify you personally.
How we use it
To reply to your message and arrange a first call.
To run engagements, send invoices and keep the records the law requires.
To send you an essay or update if you’ve asked for one. You can stop these at any time.
To understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
What you tell us about your company
Anything you share about your company, whether in the form, by email or on a call, is treated as confidential. Only the partners and the consultants who would work with you see it. We never name a client or use their information in a case study or essay without written permission.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, plus privacy-friendly analytics that don’t track you across other websites. It stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser so the site remembers it. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep messages from people who don’t become clients for up to two years, then delete them. We keep client records for seven years after an engagement ends, because tax and professional rules require it.
Security
We use reputable providers, two-factor sign-in on every account, and encrypted storage for engagement files. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@keelpartners.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.
Children
This site is for business readers and isn’t directed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll say so on the site.
